Good quality quick release scope mount
I've used several AR scope mounts including single piece and two piece designs. I really like this one - works well and closely matches Magpul FDE furniture. You have to get used to the set screws on the sides rather then the top pointing down - it's a little higher profile. The left and right halves make it a bit harder to mount the scope and tighten level without a few attempts. I would rather have a solid base on the bottom with rings that clamp down from the top. Quick release works well and scope holds it's zero when remounted. Construction is good, and surface finish is smooth. Price is a bit high for what you are getting - there are less expensive alternatives out there that offer the same performance. I like Primary Arms' reputation for quality and they stand behind their products. Made it easier to shell out the extra money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
