Great Schumacher product once again!
Easy to use, keeps all your radio settings and other memory settings active while changing out the engine battery. I don't know for sure but these newer vehicles may need this to keep the learned characteristics of the vehicle's computer while changing the battery as well. Good insurance anyways.
