Tried 3 lots with little success
I’ve made wine for 30+ years and used finings all that time so I know what I’m doing. I have tried 3 lots of this product, and it’s failed every time. My guess is production of it has moved to China or somewhere and the product has nosedived. In the last two boxes of this product, the producer has spelled finings on the bottles as FINNINGS! I just can’t see how that would happen here. I currently have 3 demijohns “ clearing” using this stuff, I’ve been waiting five days and only the top 2 inches is even STARTING to clear ! It’s useless. I’m sure I’ve used this before, years ago and it was excellent and quick. By god it’s changed ! It’s rubbish.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
