This is cooling and soothing to apply, and does not cause any irritation like other products I have used. Unfortunately it does not do anything to help reduce the appearance of puffiness fine lines or eye bags. Hi, I bought this because I’m on a tight budget. But I can honestly say it’s pretty good stuff for the price. I keep it in the fridge so when I apply it, it’s extra cooling and refreshing to the eye area. I would say it does take down puffiness slightly. It’s an ideal alternative to a high end brand if you need to save money but want to use something that’s still pretty decent.
