Used as part of my teeth cleaning process for some years now.
When I get up I use my electric toothbrush for normal cleaning. After breakfast I first use my Interdental sticks followed by my Dent-O-Care interspace brush. These brushes recommended by my dentist enable me to clean between my teeth with the interdental sticks, and then remove anything that hasn't come out or is on my gums with the Dent-O-Care brush, and to be able to run the brush around my gums to finish. Since I have fruit and then muesli for breakfast which get stuck between my teeth, I do this to ensure my teeth and gums remain in a healthy condition. In the evening I repeat the interdental and Dent-O-Care procedure after eating fruit and then use my electric toothbrush before bed. I mention this as I wouldn't want a reader to think I use a Dent-O-Care brush as a replacement for a standard toothbrush. Dent-O-Care brushes are just like ordinary toothbrushes in as much you need to choose one to suit you. I like the Long Head/Medium brush. It arrives somewhat pointed, but slowly the bristles splay out as I believe intended and works for me. I did once order the wrong one with a shorter head that had harder bristles that, for me, was uncomfortable to use.
