if its for a Toshiba check for firmware before you buy.
The product is well made and I guess it will perform well, although I didnt get that far as to testing it. This was not due to the part, but was due to the other board I purchased that needed firmware to make it work on the tv. as this was not available I had no alternative but to return both boards. This is not a fault of any of the boards, but more a problem with Toshiba who for their own reasons cant supply the firmware, and have failed to reply to numerous requests. Easy fix for broken TV
