Twist of the Wrist 2 is a great DVD giving plenty of useful tips on riding to the best of you ability. I am also going to but the book. I can see some mistakes that I have made depicted on the DVD with information and instructions on how to rectify the mistakes. Most of the examples are shown on the race track, although most of us ride more sedately than some of the examples show, but the same rules still apply just brought down a notch or two for general road use. But as I said the same rules do apply when cornering and breaking before cornering. One part early on in the DVD it shows a rider getting it all wrong going into a bend, I urge all who watch this DVD to play and rewind and replay this bit a number of times until they completely understand what is being said, because in a panic situation when you do get it wrong and you grip them bars like your life depended on it you definitely will go where you are looking and that will nearly always be at the very thing that you want to avoid, and that's when you hit the brakes hard on the bend that is you final mistake. I have been there and done it, they let me out of hospital later the same day but I was limping and sore for weeks, but I was even more sore when I went to the storage facility and saw my bike. It's a great DVD with lots and lots of useful and potentially life saving information and tips. Ride loose. TomRead full review
