A practical approach to the treatment of arthritis.
I have been using the information in this book to treat my arthritis for only a few weeks and already I have noticed that some of my joints are easier to move and less painful. The book is very professionally written and the information in it correlates with other studies I have done of the same subject. It's not over technical and is clearly written and easy to understand. If you are health conscious it is well worth reading even if you are not suffering from arthritis. I highly recommend it.
