    Fits nicely on dash board

    The universal bean bag, gives a flexible choice on positioning the Satnav, where you can find a comfortable position to view it, also when not in use it can be easily, taken off the dash board and hid complete with satnav under a seat or locked in the boot of the car. It leaves no marks on dashboard.

    Sat nav holder.

    It is described as a beanbag. I was expecting a flexible device which conformed to the shape of my car's dashboard. It is rigid and therefore useless. It simply sits on the dashboard until the car corners whereupon it falls off. Bad design and misleading description make this a bad buy.

    Does the job

    This sat nav mount is quite a bit larger than I imagined. It sits in only one position on the dashboard of my Honda Jazz, as there is a slight slope to the dash, so it has to be positioned behind the edge of the heater vent and the speedometer pod. So far it seems to work well and remain in position. I have not, however, undertaken any sharp steering movements to thoroughly test the item.

    The only place I could use was on a flat...

    The only place I could use was on a flat surface but it sticks like glue but to far from the driver in my case, overall if you have the right place for it your fine.

    Solid and does the job superbly

    I have two satnavs with different windscreen attachments and this supports both of them. It hasn't moved at all during my trips and gives a good base for the satnavs without restricting the screen view in any way.

    Well made but doesn’t stick to all surfaces.

    This did not work for me. My Satnav just kept falling off the dashboard of my car. Maybe the material of my dashboard was not suitable for this item, I I don’t know. It is well made and good quality so I am sorry that it did not work for me.

    Second purchase but TomTom GPS needs to be set so far at the front 'gap' that it is prone to pop off. Had to use a fixative enhancer, then OK. Overall much better than sticking on windscreen.

    Very effective

    It does what it says: stops items sliding across the dash when cornering. I use it for a Snooper radar detector, but it would also work for any other 'loose' items, and the cut-out is a useful shape and size. I have already got one in another car, so that speaks for itself.

    Tomtom beanbag

    My Tomtom Start just about fits on this, the unit has to be positioned carefully so that you can reach the on-off button. Otherwise the item is great, the Tomtom doesn't move or vibrate, the the beanbag stays put. Much better than sticking it to the window!
