Useless
I bought this to help with coccyx pain when sitting and driving. The wedge shape looked promising. However, the foam is so soft and flimsy that as soon as you sit on the cushion, the wedge shape disappears entirely and thins down to about a cm. I'm a tiny 5'2" and just under eight stone, so it's not that I'm a heavy person. For anyone heavier than me, you'll be down to the fabric covering the cushion with no support at all. You don't even need the weight of a person sitting - you can pinch the cushion between thumb and forefinger to see that there's no structure whatsoever (see picture). Pointless waste of money. Sorry, but there it is.

Just the job !
After having a nasty fall , I damage my coccyx a week before a coach holiday . As it was really painful to sit down I decided to buy one. It was a godsend . It did the trick.
