So happy with my purchase
I moved from a hairdryer to using the hot air brush and I am glad I did. I have a short neck length Bob and my hair is quite fine. Does a lovely job of styling my hair and giving it volume. Easy to attach and release the attachments, grips my hair well without tangling and easy to hold.

Heavy, difficult to hold in use, and no speed variation.
Has three temperature settings (cool, warm and hot) but only one speed (high). A surprise, as I've been buying wand stylers for decades, and they've always been dual-speed. It's also quite unwieldy as it's not only heavy, but fatter than expected, so uncomfortable to hold and use. I have large hands for a woman, so those with smaller hands would struggle even more with this styler. This is a major design flaw, in my view, and one that TRESemme needs to address. This was an emergency buy and one I will have to keep as it was bizarrely the only wand styler I could find (after a very thorough search) with a similar large brush diameter to my previous styler, a Vidal Sassoon model which unexpectedly died after many years of use. RIP, old friend. I miss you.

Excellent for quick re-do of your hair.
Product arrived really quickly. Excellent service. When I first switched it on there was a smell of burning! I wasn’t using it on my hair. BUT I think this was an initial speck of dust as it has NEVER happened since. Hair needs to be nearly dry for the best effect. But both brushes give excellent results.

Great brush and does what it's supposed to !!!
Great brush as in the lockdown no trips to the hairdressers. My usually short hair has grown a lot but this brush enables me to keep my locks under control. One thing is that the end of the brush gets very hot but after a few uses you just get more adept and don't touch it.

Pretty good but could be better.
It's a very good hot hair styler but I wish it had a smaller brush with the set as my hair is quite short and the two brushes are too big to hold on to the hair, therefor I don't use it very much.

GOOD STYLER BUT....
I’ve always bought Tresemme hot air stylers but I couldn’t get my usual one anywhere, so opted for this version due to the style of one of the brush attachments. But when I came to use it I realised the thermal brush attachment was so much bigger at 38mm than the one I’ve been used to so it’s no good for short hair as it doesn’t pick up the strands. So unfortunately it’s back in the box & unused😞
