These subs are a great value for the price. For a large SUV, they are probably a bit light but with 4 of them wired to two 850w mono amps and 7cuft of enclosure space, they POUND. They're tight, they're deep and hit lows better than the Kicker CVR's they replaced. I would imagine in a sedan they'd be more than enough. No matter what, power is very important to these. Use a quality amp and you'll notice. Just don't overpower them, 300-400 RMS is more than enough. Anything over that and they will bottom out. If you set your gains right, set up your enclosure properly for your vehicle, and don't use a poor power supply; you'll be very very happy. My neighbors do not share my enthusiasm, but who cares... I love these subs. And in my opinion, these are just as good as the GTO's - The only issue is you need twice as many.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
