Check your stove
The baffle plate is well made, however do check your stove, if like me you had an older design of the mk2, you should consider a new style rear fire brick as well. If your DIY skills are good and have a half reasonable workshop you can get the new plate to fit an older stove (mine is about 7 yrs old). It is a much heavier and better design to the original.
