In the process of training psychic rookie Cassandra Anderson (Olivia Thirlby), Dredd receives a report of an incident in a sprawling criminal stronghold ruled by fearsome drug lord Ma-Ma (Lena Headey), and ventures in to investigate. Upon learning that one of her top men has been captured by Dredd shortly thereafter, an enraged Ma-Ma seizes control of her massive 200-story complex, launching an all-out war against the Judges as Dredd and Cassandra find themselves trapped in the belly of the beast.

    Variable Quality in 2D

    This is a great Judge Dredd film, and is definitely worth a watch for anyone interested in the comics. The only issue is that if the 2D version is played the video quality is incredibly variable. Some shots look as you would expect for a blu-ray film, crisp and clean, however many shots have a very high level of noise which is especially noticeable in low light level shots. Overall the film is great, but the 2D blu-ray transfer is not, although I have heard better things about the 3D transfer of the film.

    This is a great film. As good as the Sylvester Stallone version, made even better with the 3D added bonus. Karl plays a good tough guy. Great copy, no scratches.
