ReviewsDread Central - In terms of performances the success of VAMPERIFICA rests squarely on Yurkovic's shoulders, and he mostly delivers in the flick. His character is a bit abrasive and uneven at first, but once the up-and-coming actor really gets to have some fun as he's discovering his inner power, thatÆs when Carmen (and Yurkovic as an actor) really gets to shine., Brutal As Hell - Twee in some places, sure, but Vamperifica is an entertaining spin on some very familiar themes. As a return to the business for director Bruce Ornstein for the first time since 1992, and as a project which comes very early in the career of writer/star Martin Yurkovic, IÆd say thereÆs plenty of promise here.
