Reliable, great features.
Bomb proof. Great quality and features, brilliant connectivity. More options and features than later gen MacBooks. Ok, these unibody models are heavier than latest versions but unless you are hopping on and off transport all day it is not a problem.

15” MacBook Pro is very user-upgradable and it's generally a very reliable machine. I upgraded mine to 16GB of Ram and a 500GB SSD. I also replaced the thermal paste to help with thermals. I’m really happy, what a bargain!!!!
