Jebao One Touch External Canister Filters. There are set up pictorial guides on the side of the box. It is not a self priming filter so once turned on you must pump the priming button (located on the lid of the filter) up and down to start the siphon action.

Good so far
The pump arrived within a few days and was well packaged. its fairly easy to put together but you dont get the media inside so i had get some. Once i had put it all together and installed the tubes etc i found it a bit of a pain to get the water to flow into the unit but i also had the same issue on an old external pump from a different manufacturer. The whole thing to about 20 mins from opening to running. Its now been running in the tank for about 2 weeks and is great, the water is nice and clear and the fish seem to like swimming against the tide tide that this creates as it quirts the water back into the tank. All in all for the £40 odd that i paid its a fantastic bargain.

Ok for the price
Positive is that it runs very quietly but setting it up was a nightmare no legible instructions, had to shorten the outlet pipe as much as I could because it couldn't push the water through, you have to supply your own media not a big problem and as I said once you have it running it's nice for the price it's ok .
