Don't waste your time with this part, get the 2 port version with a power cable
The product self installs drivers on Win7 quite nicely and is USB 3.0, but it does not have enough power to even access a thumb drive or send logic to a 3.5" externally powered external hard drive. Had to use a USB A to A cable from system USB 2.0 port into one of these USB 3.0 ports just to get enough power to light up a thumb drive, so I'm limited to 2 ports anyways. Best to just get the 2 port version with the included power cable. That's my experience anyways.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not for consumer use
Does not fullfill usb 3.0 power requirements. Cant be used for harddrives. Cant use more then one usb port at the same time. Only for ultra low power usb memories. Gets very hot even when not in use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not a good product
Despite obtaining latest drivers from the manufacturer, card just stops working. No help from their tech support. I have to uninstall and reinstall drivers every couple of days, works for a day or so. works but had to try it in two computers

Laptop 54mm Express Card ExpressCard to 3 Port USB 3.0 Adapter
Prompt shipping, well packaged and received exactly what was pictured. No instructions. So far unable to get card recognized by Win 7 64b laptop. The card does not retain in the slot as others do. Even by forcing the card to stay in place it does nothing. The Panasonic CF-31 Mk II has all the correct drivers and trying the supplied CD gives the message "Express Card not present.
