Great price
This is the first Cistus I have tried. It seems to taste ok, slightly bitter. I had to take 3 times the recommended dose to get the insect deterring qualities I bought it for. However it does't seem to work on the mosquitoes for my husband, even with 6 times the dose. I sweeten it with stevia, it is supposed to have many health benefits, so I am trying it out for those benefits, it is definitely a diuretic, and may have a very mild laxative effect. It is detox for just about anything, and fights retroviruses, or so the literature says. I will be taking it long term so it was nice to find this large volume product at a reasonable price. Amazingly fresh tea -- highly recommended
Wonderfully fresh tea. You will be amazed upon opening the package at how high quality this tea is. Also the taste is very light and delicious. It tastes somewhat like camomile tea. I was expecting something bitter but this is very tasty and tastes like a real tea you would drink by choice. It doesn't taste like medicine. I bought it to deal with cellulitis (Staphylococcus aureus/S. aureus/MRSA). (The tea doesn't fight the staph infection directly but it breaks down the biofilms that bacteria use for defense, allowing antibiotics and your immune system to attack and destroy the bacteria. This is why you are told to take some tea in your mouth and hold it there for a while and swish it around before swallowing it -- that too is to attack biofilms, in this case the ones that bacteria have formed on your teeth.) Absolutely magnificent for dissolving mucus
I found out about this tea years ago from Dr Dietrich Klinghardt who recommends its use for Mold and Lyme Disease. I found it such an effective decongestive, while I drank 2 cups made from 1 tsp every morning, and people all around me came down with terrible flu's, I never got sick. So I started giving the sick people the tea, 2 cups a day, and their flu's would clear up within days because there was no way the mucus, which is a biofilm, can keep reproducing, the tea just dissolves it. I recommend this for anyone suffering sinus congestion or lung issues, its and amazing tea, very pleasant with only a slightly bitter aftertaste. Not hard to drink at all.
