What a difference one time makes!!
Ive done it more than once of course, if you have a coffee anytime, can see the difference after just a cup. I chose the 22% strength, and I don’t quite use it as directed simply because of great results after one treatment. Starting out I used it 2x in 1 day, then every other day 1x. It’s terrific. Choose the strength that suits you, but I paid hundreds using the same name product from my dentist! Follow the cautions on packet.
