Good replacement.
My old pc wouldn't play any more. Couldn't find out what was wrong so i searched for a motherboard with similar specs and found this. Had to adjust my case because of different I/O holes and extend the cable of my old cpu fan, but that's it. With this fine kit i was up and running again.
