Versatile apparatus
I have long owned a full sized Bullworker which I would use periodically. I recently have revamped how I work out to be more joint friendly so as a result I'm using other methods. Adding the Steel Bow to my pgm has already shown promise in the short time I've had it. Between the Steel Bow, my full sized Bullworker and Power twisters, I'm getting a workout that rivals anything I had previously done in the gym with weights. The Steel Bow adds quite bit of versatility to the workout due to the range of motion and varied resistance, I already love it and feel that it will be extremely beneficial going forward. I kind of thought the price was a bit high but when you get something that's effective, the thought of cost tends to change.

Have had a regular bowflex since my teens and I'll be 60! I used it, my dad used it for many years. This small size makes some of exercises more comfortable. Hope it last as long as the bigger bowflex has.
