I always use Arnica for bruising but the cream form is a bit messy as it takes a long time to be absorbed by the skin. Not so this gel product. The pump makes it so easy to dispense and it is absorbed very quickly leaving no residue. I used it several times a day following a recent accident that caused extensive bruising.
