Excelent - with caveats
I've dined at Prashad numerous times and it's always been exceptional. The book gives some insight [but not all, - obviously for IP purposes] and the recipes generally end-up tasting pretty-much like they do at the restaurant. However, if you're thinking of purchasing Prashad books be wary of the covers shown on the websites as I purchased two copies of the same book by mistake due to two different covers being displayed by the two different websites.
