Smooth, suave and sophisticated - Fleming at his best
James Bond, Ian Fleming and totally different from the films. Much better in my mind. Comes alive as it is read in the original form.Go for it!

Fleming's worst
This was the last Bond novel to be published in Ian Fleming's lifetime, and you can tell he's lost his mojo by this time. Interminable and full details of Japanese culture and society are used blatantly to pad out an inconsequential and, frankly, absurd and illogical plot. But Martin Jarvis is the king of the audiobook and does a good job with poor material.
