Great taste, epic refreshment and a light boost, all without sugar.
High Zero 5 has always been my first choice for sports drinks, what sets High 5 apart from many of the other drinks tablets is that they actually taste good. When the Tropical flavour was introduced recently, my opinion is that the flavour is a great addition to their lineup, a refreshing taste that does not overwhelm, without a chalky or acidic residue that you often get with other drinks tablets you can buy.

Stops muscle cramps
