Vaseline hair and scalp treatment

Protected seal inside cap
I'm sure its fine but protective round seal wasn't on tip of bottle usually their is a seal that consumer takes off for security no one has used it. But I will take my chances. I still love this product it's one of the best it leaves my hair healthy and still have more black hair then white hair for a 52 yr old man. Thank you.
