use of and quality....
ther is a say ing - ' you get what you pay for ' , and these cutters probably fit into tht category ... if , as me , you have a need for light to medium use bolt cutters , these are for you .... it would not be , in my opinion , be a good idea to buy these thinking they will do heavy duty , industrial , what ever you want to call it use ... however , if you are , as me , an engineer who does a lot of jobs at home , fix ing / repair ing all manor of things , as well as DIY car servicing etc... well I do not think for the money , you would get a better set of cutters ... easy of use , adjustable snip parts , not too heavy they make ideal cutters for the non professional ....
