A Must for Any Kitchen
I discovered one a couple years back after 5 years Hospitalized learning to make and enjoy my omelettes but tired standing in my kitchen but my NEWEST copper skillet cooked faster and evenly no more burning omellettes and easiest cleanup for this stroke survivor. Non stick?
Started out non stick, after using always cleaned and dried pan separate from others as recommended in instructions. Now have to use cooking spray just like every other pan, scratches and wear are starting to show up in cooking surface. Outside of pan finish is bubbling and coming off, looks nasty. Pan is real light weight and will not hold heat after cooking an omelet to melt cheese if used as lid over omelet on plate (like dutch oven).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Non-Stick Copper Frying 10"Pan
Ive had this pan for about 2 months.I love the colour of it.I cook with it & haven't had any issues,no scratching,no cold spots,no chipping.This is a great value for the price,which is better than the infomercial which is a lot more expensive.I tried cooking on it without oil in the pan like the infomercial,which I don't recommend.I would recommend this to friends.I will buy another one as a gift to myself.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor quality substitute
I do not like to make a bad review but in this instance I feel it is necessary. This fry pan is a very poor copy of the tv advertised pans. It is sold a few dollars cheaper but the quality is poor. pan is too light to heat evenly and properly. The pan is higher in the middle and everything burns in the middle doesn't cook around the edged. Impossible to find a heat setting that would work. The non stick quality works around the edges but food sticks in the center. I do not recommend this product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cooks well without a lot of oil.
My wife really likes this pan. She says that she can cook without using a lot of cooking oil and it cleans very easy. She just uses a paper towel. I know it's not good for the enviornment to use paper towels but we do save on water. I highly reccomend it. So much better than teflon. The shipping was a little costly, more than the fry pan. Really handy nonstick pan.
No worries about the Teflon coming off, as there isn't any, yet it is really non-stick. I like it in every way, except the handle which I find rather uncomfortable. I know the handle is all metal so that it can be put in the oven, but it is kind of thin and does not fit the hand comfortably like the thicker handles do. Better than teflon....

Cooks evenly
Got pan yesterday and decided to cook some sirloin eye of round steaks that were almost all thawed out. The pan worked great cooking them but did not brown them as they were not frozen and I didn't use a high temp to cook with but used medium. My son said the steak tasted like it was boiled but it was cooked thru and thru and was hot and done and surprisingly tender!!! Next time I will make sure meat is frozen. I did cook some frozen pork chops in a smaller version and they came out juicy and crispy on the outside. I just have to adjust how I cook meats in this pan. My Orgreenic big lid fit just fine but I took it off as it was boiling the meat instead of frying it. The induction plate seems to work okay even though I used a small burner to heat it vs the big burner (force of habit). Can hardly wait to cook sliced green peppers in it!!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
