Not an even surface
The grinding plates are not even and don't take off the amount of chrome evenly and you have to keep working it to make sure that it takes off all the chrome and not extra copper!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor quality item
Poor quality sharp plastic makes it difficult to hold. The cutting blades are not evenly lined up meaning it is impossible for it to be used for its desired purpose. You can not get an even finish.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
