VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE's Terry Mynott stars as seemingly normal handyman Martin Hurdle, in the sitcom THE MIMIC. Martin has always had a knack for impressions, whether they be celebrities or his own work colleagues. It's an impressive skill, but one that's got him absolutely nowhere in his rather humdrum life. Martin's stable world is rocked, however, when he discovers that he could be the father of a teenager, and suddenly his array of voices become a way of coping with the challenges ahead. Full of surprises!
Delivery: The DVD itself arrived later than I would have liked and it's shrink-proof wrap had been removed despite it being listed as 'New'. There was no visual markings or scuffs but still had a new scent to the DVD and clear plastic sleeve. Contents of the DVD: The front cover looks simple and not visually appealing and could have been designed better however contains good value for money as theres plenty of special features included on the disk such as Deleted Scenes and Outtakes. The Behind the scenes is a hidden gem as it takes the time to focus on the actors opinions as well as bring the series together. Terry's Impressions clip is also a nice feature thats been included as it is now hidden from Terry Mynott's YouTube channel and for those who missed it first time round can now enjoy that little something extra. 8/10 for content and special features
