Everything works great, my only issue is I ended up connecting it via USB to my main computer because it kept going offline and I would have to cycle on/off and reboot until computers (3) would identify it. Though pricey, this small label printer is awesome since it wirelessly printers from your mobile device or computer. Prints a full shipping label in about 1.5 seconds. I love what it does for such a small object. The only issue is that setup is a little daunting and confusing.
