Locked to Three. Bought for parent after they lost a 5s and smashed a 4s in 9 months. Worse than children. Currently the oldest iPhone to still get updates from apple and in my opinion the best size phone apple ever made. The item we got was in very good condition. In fact I would say the best one I've bought from eBay. Lets hope the battery lives up to the exterior quality. Time will tell. So far, so good
