Simply the best
This is as flexible as it gets and the best unit I have ever used. Takes up pet hairs like no other machine and transforms into the most appropriate device for whatever occasion needs it. Generally a really good machine just a couple of small niggles -
The niggles - the extension tube for the hose is not long enough - we bought an telescopic extension from another company which fits and does the job but it does have a slight tendency to fall off and storage on the vacuum isn't perfect - it's a pity this feature wasn't built in. My other niggle would be that although the lift away feature is brilliant for stairs there's really no suitable attachment for vacuuming stair carpets in my opinion. Otherwise it's great - good suction, fits together easily, empties easily. Would buy again - provided the next model has a telescopic tube.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Only had this vacuum cleaner about a month and it does have good suction and cleaning on both carpet and tiled floors. The only reason that I have given it 4 stars is because of two irritating faults, (a) the flexible hose retaining clip on the back of the handle does not stay in place, it keeps jumping out and the flex hose then gets in the way and (b) the cable clip that is supposed to hold the plug against the cable when it is wound up for storage does not grip onto the cable. Both faults are minor but are very annoying. Can only be poor final inspection that spoils what is otherwise a good product. Rant over.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great hoover but a bit heavy to push
My 80 year old mother in law bought this hoover for herself after watching it on TV. However because of its amazing suction power it was too much hard work pushing it. She had to have a sit down after just hoovering her hall. She liked her old Dyson much better. So she gave me her new Shark and bought herself another Dyson.
