BAD ASSEMBLY DESIGN
There is a nut inserted into each end of the tube, and the top and bottom screw into those nuts. However, the nut at one end was in so far the bottom wouldn't screw into it. I had to remove the bolt from the bottom, screw it into the nut and pull it forward,, then replace the nut in the bottom and I could screw in the bottom. BAD ASSEMBLY DESIGN.
