Seems to work all but annoying that standard drivers aren't available
Has good network connection and very high speeds reported (up to around 500Mbps even in a different room). Pity you have to install drivers from the supplied CD as that means if you ever have to reinstall Windows, you'll have to dig out the CD. Great addition to my computer
Very easy to set up (win 8) using the included CD. Very smart little device that has a good range and has dramatically increased my download speed (over a 200 mbps powerline). Cheap solution that works

Seriously good product
This adapter is based on the Mediatek MT7612U 802.11ac chip which is supported natively by Windows 10, so need to install a special driver (unless you want a slightly later driver version). It's well made, with two high-gain antennae and comes with a decent length USB 3 cable so you can position it to maximise signal strength. I get a reliable 720-850 mbps 5 GHz connection at home with a Huawei router the other side of the house. It's a great product and for the price an absolute bargain. Well worth buying
I wasnt keen on the price (£15.29) but after buying i found it a hell of a lot better then the standard micro usb wifi dongle as that discounnects me from my wifi connection were as this dont because of that and the fact that the signal strength is a lot better which a blue light on device tells you signal strength its worth buying. One end of the USB connection is not s standard USB connection so dont loose the usb cable that comes with it. It comes with a small cd with drivers on it and i have had it working on a windows vista machine so i would not be surprised if it works on newer versions of windowsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Improving reception on poor Broadband signal transmission
This small device has solved a problem of signal transmission within a stone walled house where the interior walls were blocking the signal from the router situated of necessity upstairs.
