A solid business-class laptop
Just like it says. 2C i5 (although mine says it is a 3437U 1.9GHz, not a 3427 @ 1.8GHz) with 8GB RAM and a 128GB SSD. This item was very clean. Ran all ports through a thorough test. Everything works like a champ. All RAM is on cards, nothing soldered. Battery life is still up in the air. Have gotten at least 4Hr off normal use, although streaming will suck it down quicker. Backlit keyboard has intensity settings through window key which is nice. Just did the Windows 10 Pro upgrade. Whole install was under 10 minutes from starting download to final reboot. Again, it only has 128GB SSD (gives you approximately 68 GB usable after a new upgrade install of Windows 10 Pro) but easy enough to upgrade (its right underneath the battery, which is a one slide button to pop out.) There are lighter laptops out there. At just under 4lbs, though, I am fine with it. The features, performance and weight are fine by me.
