So I using this over two months.It is soft of course for ma little one's feets.Smell of this horrible.I dunno like in horse farm.Not pleasant.I am allergy for guinea pig urine n a little bit help me when i cleaning.But one thing concern me.When i giving to bowl some fresh veggies or fruit my guni eating this food including that beddig.so I don't thing so it is good for her.this bedsing just stick to the food.so unfortunately no more buying this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wouldnt say its recommend for fancy pet rats

I love this for my hamsters bedding. It’s better value for money than carefresh bedding and does the job just as well. The pieces are smaller than that product so bare this in mind if your hamster is long haired, and I freeze it prior to use to be sure there are no mites. It’s good enough but too much small bits of wood which shouldn’t be in it
