The Toshiba SBX4250 sound bar/wireless subwoofer is a dynamic audio performer that makes the perfect addition for a complete home theater setup. The rich two-piece home theater system with its 6.5-inch cone design comes in a slim and modern package, and delivers excellent audio quality and enhanced low-frequency sound. The Toshiba SBX4250 sound bar speaker system is a small wall mountable unit that hooks up to any HDTV or Blu-ray disc player with HDMI ports without a hassle. Installation is quick and easy, as no brackets are required. The sound bar system also fits seamlessly yet stylishly under most television sets. The Bluetooth enabled device is easy to use and produces clear, crisp sounds, allowing you to totally enjoy listening to your favorite music. All that’s required is that you connect your Toshiba SBX4250 to any Bluetooth-compatible device and enjoy as the entire room is submerged in the rich, wireless, high-quality audio sounds it produces. Once your stereo system is hooked up to a Blu-ray player and TV, disable the speakers of the TV and send everything via optical to the sound bars. The sounds from the speaker system are more distinct than that from the TVs speakers. Enjoy the full, rich 3D sound quality of you video, movie or game. Other special features that allow your Toshiba SBX4250 to produce such rich, dynamic 3D sound quality are the SRS TruSurround HD with SRS TruBass and the built-in Dolby Digital Decoding. The SRS surround modes and Bluetooth features allow for the streaming from a Smartphone or PC. The sound bar is Bluetooth compatible and operates best if the device is within two feet. The DirecTV remote control and cable universal remote are also compatible with the Toshiba SBX4250 remote control/sound bar. The remote supplied with your system must be used for setting your personal preferences, then other compatible remotes can be used to control the system—power on/off, volume control, etc. The Toshiba SBX4250 uses two AAA batteries, a dimension of 2.3 inches by 36.5 inches by 3.6 inches (sound bar) and 14 inches by 13.2 inches by 7.6 inches (subwoofer), and weighs five pounds (sound bar) and 14.3 pounds (subwoofer). Each speaker has an output of 75 watts, and the subwoofer 150 watts, giving the entire home stereo system a 300-output wattage. Great Soundbar...with Rich Bass
If your looking for a Great soundbar look no further..its an older model not sure why Toshiba chose to discontinue the item..I have had nothing but good things to say about it...well maybe one. sounds great on any of the sound settings ARC Works as it should as well as the Optical connection which this unit had 2 of one major issue if you use Bluetooth the signal is not very strong I find myself setting my phone right next to the unit..just to keep a consistent uninterrupted audio experience
