Aga Toaster
Toast made on an aga tastes completely different to that made in a conventional toaster, and if you have an aga then this item is a must. It is exceptionally sturdy just like all genuine aga saucepans and even the cooker itself. We bought our house 40 years ago and the aga was in situ. Some utensils came with it and the toaster was one of them. It has only just broken after all of this time with us and the previous owners of the house which had lived here for a few decades befor us. Impossible to toast crumpets or fresh bread
I have now bought an electric toaster as fresh bread and crumpets stick to this even after heating heating toaster first as instructed. I bought this as a replacement for my old toaster thinking it might improve performance but it was no better than the old one. Perfect for toast on Aga
