Stop thinking about it and buy it!!

This worked perfectly. The dreaded Check system DPF light came on which cant be remedied with driving the car at high revs and required a manual regen (which failed to resolve the problem) After lots messing around with a new aftermarket DPF (Which turned out to be faulty!) and new DPF sensors I bought this product to clean out my original DPF. It's very easy to use by sealing off one end and leaving it for up to 8 hours. The original DPF has been refitted and works like a charm. The only recommendation I can make is to use a power washer (with extreme caution to not cause damage to the filter) over a hose. I also reused the liquid and poured it in the opposite way. If you've got the DPF light on your car I highly recommend using this product as a first resort. its £30 (plus refitting) vs £100s or an expensive aftermarket filter. This product is great at cleaning soot f...

This product is great at cleaning soot from you DPF. However, if your DPF is full of fine rust from you turbo/exhaust manifold, it will not remove this. In fact, in my case it blocked it up much worse than it was before. This is not a fault of the product but keep in mind it cannot work miracles.

  • Off car dpf cleaner that works

Basicaly this stuff works really well. I own a garage and have used this on many blocked dpf's especially the dredded euro 5 sprinters. Leave it soaking overnight totally submerged ( 2 or 3 gallons of cleaner) then wash out with hot water and pressure wash. Only had one failure on a xc90 but the actual cat had melted inside due to driving too far with it too blocked. Obviously a new dpf is a better option but if money doesnt stretch to that then this gets you going again.. much better thsn the "on car, in place" cleaner sprays ive tried. Worth the time to strip out for the better results.

  • Cleared Fully Block DPF

I bought two cans to use on a fully blocked DPF Qashqai which could only drive when DPF sensor is unplugged. Though so noisy I managed to get it on my drive. Took front exhaust pipe out completely and poured solution. Allowed to soak overnight then used boiled water first to rinse it. Then followed by pressure cold water. Repeated same procedure with each can. Renewed exhaust sensor, changed oil & filter. Car is back to life. I’m loving it.

  • Very good quality

Before I tried different chemicals adding to the diesel tank to get rid of the engine management red light. Usually it works only for very short distance like 10 to 20 miles. I used the Wynn's - Off Car DPF cleaner it is really good. After cleaning the DPF then fitted to the car within 3 miles the red light is gone. Now the car engine noise and mileage improved.

  • Way cheaper than a new filter

Used it to clean my DPF on my Peugeot 207 SW. It was painfully narrow to remove the filter, but once off it was easy to use. I have been driving the car for two weeks and the error codes are gone:) Much cheaper than buying a new filter.

  • Strong but gentle.

Filter was removed from my wife Peugeot 3008/ 2011 plate. The DPF was full engine light also was on. I fallowed the instructions and after 2 hours tones of dirt come out. This fluid does a hard job but gentle with the material. Before reinstalling leave it for 2-3 days to dry because the water will start to boil inside the filter. That means cooler temperature warning light will comes on your dashboard and can make things worse. That’s why you have to make it dry before put it back! Oven and heat gun can help. Over all I give 5stars for this product. And 5stars for the service Thank you

  • Blocked DPF

This stuff works my DPF was coming up with 70% carbon and it needs to be under 40% for a forced regeneration on my VW caddy, after I managed to take my DPF off I used this stuff twice with half the container each time and washed it through with jet wash. If I wasn’t able to clean properly I would of been looking at £1500 + to replace it with a new one and in the end took it to VW dealer and paid £240 for a forced regeneration as I got the soot content below 40% . I would definitely recommend this product.

  • E60 DFP Flush

Had a blocked DPF filter on an E60 530d and light was showing on the dash. I rang a few garages who wanted £250+ to flush it out. Bit of pain getting the filter off, but done it and followed the instructions. Worked well. The amount of debris and soot that came was horrendous. Also cleaned off the sensors using the flush. No more light and car drives smoother and getting 42mpg when before I was only getting 37mpg. Well worth the money and time.
