Excellent fit and quality
I looked at several versions of this but ultimately decided on this one. Partly because of Volquartsen name and the other because of the style. I didnt want a larger one that i worried would be too easy to bump. I am very satisfied with my choice. Fit is perfect and it is big enough to easily function but not get in the way. Price was reasonable. Easy install but dont rush that part. Such a great upgrade compared to trying to crank your wrist to find the stock mag release.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Better than factory mag release
The part arrived as advertised. Very good quality, easy installation, and functions perfectly on my older Ruger 10/22 which still had the factory flush mag release. I also easily installed a Volquartsen auto bolt release that works perfectly. I no longer have to fiddle two handed with the bolt and release lever. Now I just pull back on the bolt to release it closed. Anyone who has experience with 10/22's can relate to what I mean.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Must have simple mod

Required sanding/grinding to get correct release

Best Magazine Release Ever Designed for a 10/22.
This is my favorite magazine extension. Large enough to work with comfortably but small enough to keep you from accidentally snagging it and dropping your loaded magazines.
