Very stable.
I installed these on my tarpon 100 , and what a difference in stability. They were put to the test my first day out with high winds, waves, and a pop up shower. I do however highly recommend buying the starport HD tracmount kit. It includes an option for rail or bolt mounting. The hardware that was included with the outriggers was very cheap, and included the wrong size bolts for the starport.

We haven't had a chance to test these o in the water yet, but the materials and assembly look very, very good. Much nicer and stronger than the diy project we did with crab floats that were much like these and PVC piping. That project cracked into unusable parts on day when I accidentally knocked one over that hadbeen leaning against our minivan. The on piping created and broke in two.
