I never over do or take the directed servings so I always start with less as possible, I tried one pill before going to bed and the next day it send me 5 to 6 times to the bathroom. If you can afford it, buy it. You will not have any side effects from it, and you wil not be constipated when taken regularly, that means every day.

Do you want to lose weight?
I have been trying to lose weight for some time now, but I found out you must detox first. This product is by far the greatest product for elimination (even better than what was prescribed before taking my colonoscopy). It is easy...take one pill after dinner your first night, take two pills after dinner your second night, take three pills your third, fourth and fifth night. Predictable no sudden “urgencies”
