GREAT PRODUCT USED FOR 2 YEARS PLUS!
BREWERS READ THIS PLEASE! Ignore the negative reviews..i have been brewing with this product 2 years now & its great. There is a difference using a fine powder yes...& sometimes at lower temperatures it will take a little longer to finish fermentation but the key really is in racking it off properly leaving as little sediment as possible.Once racked it will give you a medium pale ale look but darker if you have added tea for extra tannin. I recommend adding malic acid to finish to give it a crisper bite & taste profile. It's about 20 pence less per a litre diluted of cheap value apple juice which in my opinion makes it worthwhile using!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
