Great idea, let down by materials
Don't get me wrong - this is a brilliant well though out bit of kit. It's only failing is that it isn't stiff enough, being made of some non-metallic material that will bend when pressure is applied, rather than pulverise the lemon. That said, it is much much better than the cheaper models and worth every penny more.
