    Handy device

    Nice easy install. Just push the plastic inserts into the pre-existing holes and screw the two screws into them through the hook. Keeps your shopping from flailing around in the back. Umbrella hoop is too small for my big golf umbrellas unfortunately but not a major problem. The hooks are hidden away when not in use. Good little mod.
