The single most important vitamin in raw form.
One of the best vitamin C's because it's unprocessed. Adds flavor and nutrition to a smoothy. Much better than any of the pills because in unprocessed form it absorbs a lot better. Note the US RDA for C is way too low, you can safely take about 15 times that amount. Sick free for 8 years!
Throughout my adult life I have suffered bronchitis and upper respiratory infections. Since I have taken this vitamin C daily I have not had a single sickness.
