Surprisingly Good
Sceptical - but once I had worked out which way everything went (although - to be fair - the instructions and diagrams are pretty clear), the belt could be fitted with just one ratchet spanner. Not a cheap tool, but carefully engineered, and less than half the cost of getting the belt fitted at a garage (and you can of course keep re-using the tool).
