Only for larger diameter CV boot
Does not work for small diameter CV boots which fit on smaller drive shafts. Tried using this to install a Mk1 Golf CV boot, only stretched to 2/3 of the way.... eventually has to dismantle the CV joint to get the CV boot on. All though the tool appears to be good quality and solid.

Good piece of kit
Makes the job nice and easy to get boot over CV joint. Simply turn boot inside out lubricate cv boot tool and slide over tool.
